Welcome to our site user guide. We hope that you will quickly learn to get the best
from our website by spending a few minutes reading through the information presented
here. Our search facility will help you to locate jewellery beads, wholesale beads,
findings and the different kinds of Swarovski crystal bead that we sell.
We have ensured that from anywhere within the site you are only three mouse clicks
from placing an item in your shopping basket. The shop departments are always
displayed on the left side of the website until you have placed your order:

process will instruct you at the appropriate point. Setting up an account will relieve you of having to
re-enter your details everytime you wish to purchase items in the future (other benefits will be made available over time also).
When checking your shipping details, there are also two fields for feedback which you may like to complete.

If you are paying by cheque print a copy of the page and send it to us along with the cheque. If you are paying by
card, click the button located near the top of the page to be taken to the Worldpay secure processing pages to complete the transaction.

|The search facility will allow you to quickly locate items you may be interested
in. You can either enter the reference number of a particular item (useful
if you have visited before but can't remember where a particular item is) or you
can enter the name, or part of a name of a product.
For example, to find a particular shell disc, simply type shell
into the text field and click search. The website will then display all items
currently available that contain the name shell. The search facility will not return
items that we have withdrawn from sale.
EPBeads Reward Points System
We have introduced a reward points system which will certainly benefit regsistered
customers of EPBeads. To learn more please read the following questions and answers:
Who it is for? Anyone who registers with the website (registration is free) submitting online orders. Non-registered
customers and telephone orders will not earn reward points.
How does it work? The system is very simple, for every pound spent, 5 points are earned. The website keeps track of the points earned for all orders made by registered customers and displays the current running total (from previous
orders) during the checkout process.
Do cheque orders earn reward points? Yes - provided you are
regsitered with the website and you have placed your order online (you will have
an EPB order number).
How do I use the points I have? During the checkout process (shipping address page), the website will show you how many points you have available and the value of the goods ordered. In the text field called
Reward Points (bottom of the page) enter the number of points you wish to use for your current order. All values entered must be in multiples of 100 (e.g. 100, 200, 300, 400 etc.). Each 100 points used will deduct £1 from the value of your order, so for example, if you used 500 points you would receive a discount of £5 for your order. Please note that no order can be reduced below £1 in value (this refers to the goods value, shipping is added as usual).
Do the points earned apply to whole pounds only? Yes. An order with goods to the value of £10.00 will earn 50 points, an order with goods to the value of £10.95 will also earn 50 points. Effectively, the pence value of the order is always ignored.
Does the value of the shipping count? No. Shipping is never used in the calculation.
Does the value of the VAT within the goods count? Yes. Total value of the goods within the order is the determining factor. For those areas that do not pay VAT on the order (non EU countries and VAT free zones), the amount of reward points calculated will be less – but then the whole order value will also be less.
Occasonally promotions are run which use discount vouhcers. Can I use my discount
voucher and reward points? Yes. When calculating the overall discount, the reward points used are deducted first, and then the discount value of the voucher is applied to the remainder. If the combination of the two discounts lowers the goods value of the order below £1, you will be asked to use fewer reward points.
Can I use reward points that I might earn for the current order, in the same order? No. Reward points are only applied to your total number of points once payment has been made (cheque orders will therefore take longer for the points to be applied).
Can I order goods, return them and keep my points? No. Point calculations also work in reverse, any goods returned will also have reward points deducted by the refund mechanism.
If I place an order, but have not yet paid – what happens to my points? all orders for registered customers will have points pending, which will be applied to your account once payment has been received. All cheque orders will use this process.
If I place an order do not go on to pay, but have used points – can I get them back? Yes. All points earned and used are placed in a pending state until payment is received. If you have used points but not subsequently paid for an order, send an email to email@example.com and state your EPB order number (if you know it), or your details and we will check and reapply any points in a pending state.
Can I transfer my points to another person? No
Can other customers see how many points I have? No (Note: the webmaster can obtain and amend points for a particular customer in the case of queries).
This is a system that we are trialling and may withdraw it at any time. No cash
alternative will be offered.
