Welcome to the second part of our two-part tiara making tutorial (Windows Movie Player Version)

This version of the video tutorial is best suited to a broadband connection as the movie file size is very large (smaller files for telephone dial-up are being developed).

Depending upon your version of windows and installed controls, your browser may ask if you wish to install an Active-X control. This is purely for viewing the online video (if you have viewed part one,you will already have the Active-X control).

To view the video, click anywhere on the video player, and then then on the play button. Depending upon your broadband connection speed, the file may take a few seconds to download before playing.
